The controller of personal data Sonte.eu (hereinafter referred to as the Administrator), i.e. responsible for ensuring the security of your personal data is:

The Administrator has registered with the Office for Personal Data Protection (hereinafter referred to as UODO) a set of data called sonte.eu, which is in the book.

How do we protect your personal data?
At the same time as registering in UODO, the administrator has implemented in Sonte.eu a personal data security policy and IT system security policy, which ensure effective protection of your personal data.

The most important elements of the personal data protection system are:
Personal data will be processed in order to perform a contract to which the data subject is a party or to take, at the request of the data subject, the steps necessary to conclude the contract.

1. Registration
During registration, please provide the data necessary to create an account at Inteligentne-lustra.pl, so you do not have to waste time again filling out the entire order form with each subsequent purchase. By registering, you save time and money as registered customers participate in the loyalty program and get discounts for previous purchases.

The registered customer after logging in also has the possibility to verify the status of the placed order and the history of purchases made. The registered and logged-in customer can independently correct, complete or delete data from Sonte.eu at any time.
During registration, please:
a. name and surname – necessary for us to issue later a sales document and address the shipment;
b. address (street, house number/or house and premises number, postal code and city) – necessary for us later to address the shipment;
c. e @-@mail — necessary for Sonte.eu login and communication related to the use of Smart @-@sonte.eu ;
d. telephone number – necessary for the selection of certain delivery methods (required by carriers)
The data provided during registration is processed exclusively by Sonte.eu and is not used in any other way.
2. Placing an order
When placing an order, please provide us with the data necessary for the execution of the order, which, in the case of registered and logged in Customers, are collected automatically from the data provided at the time of registration.

When placing an order, please provide:
a. Name or company name/of the institution – necessary to issue the sales document and address the consignment;
b. Address (street, house number/or house and premises number, postal code and city) – necessary to address the shipment;
c. e @-@mail — necessary for communication related to the execution of the order;
d. telephone number – necessary for the selection of certain delivery methods (required by carriers).

In the event that, when placing an order, the Customer chooses to issue a sales document for other data than those indicated when registering or placing an order, please additionally provide:
a. Name or company name/of the institution – necessary to issue the proof of sale;
B. Address (street, house number/or house and premises number, postal code and city) – necessary for the issue of proof of sale;
c. TIN – necessary to issue proof of sale.
The data provided during the ordering process are processed by Sonte.eu and the following entities in the following scope:
1) the name, address, telephone, e @-@mail indicated as the delivery address are forwarded to shipping companies in the form of a label/consignment note which is also the order for delivery of the parcel depending on the type of shipment chosen are sent:

2) the name, address, TIN indicated as the data to which the sales document is to be issued shall be transmitted in the form of a sales note to the accounting system:

2) Newsletter subscription
If you subscribe to the newsletter and agree to receive it in the process of registering or placing an order, we only ask you to provide an e-mail address to which commercial information from the Administrator will be sent, from which you can unsubscribe at any time by logging into your Sonte.eu account or clicking on the canceling link and in the footer of each newsletter.
The data provided during the newsletter subscription is processed by Sonte.eu and the following entities:

2. The Rocket Science Group, the operator of mailchimp.com
Your personal data, which is collected automatically after entering Smart-lustra.pl
1) ProvenSklep.pl (server)
The IT system used by Sonte.eu automatically collects data in logs related to the device you use when connecting to Smart-lustra.pl. These data are collected for statistical purposes only and relate to: type of device, operating system, type of web browser, screen resolution, color depth, IP, Internet service provider, or entry address on Sonte.eu and are used only in the Sonte.eu optimisation process for maximum convenience.
These data are never combined with the data referred to in Part III and are only material for statistical analysis and mechanisms for correcting systemic errors.
2) Sonte.eu (cookies)
Sonte.eu uses “cookies”, i.e. text files placed on your device, in order to enable Sonte.eu to recognise you and adapt Sonte.eu to your needs.
Sonte.eu uses cookies to:
1. log in memory (the session lasts 30 minutes, after which the cookie is deleted);
2. memorise the contents of your cart (the session lasts 30 days, after which the cookie is deleted);
3. remember your Sonte.eu display preferences (the session lasts 30 days, after which the cookie is deleted);

Sonte.eu selects its business partners very carefully and verifies the inclusion of links to other websites in Sonte.eu. However, Sonte.eu is not responsible for the standard and privacy policy applied by the owners, operators or administrators of these websites. Therefore, we recommend verifying each of our partners on their own and decide whether you want to entrust your personal data to them.

Sharing your personal data.
In specific situations where the applicable law requires the controller to make the collected data available to state authorities, Sonte.eu shall make such data available. Providing personal data is a condition for concluding an agreement with Sonte Poland sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Bielsko-Biała.
