How SONTE film solved the issues with sunlight exposure and privacy in a private house?

Problem

Homeowners in Katowice decided to incorporate large expanses of glazing, which provided a stunning view of the surrounding area. However, these glass surfaces created two main issues: excessive sunlight that caused the rooms to overheat, and a lack of privacy—neighbors could easily see into the house. Solution

The solution was to install SONTE film on four glazed surfaces, covering a total area of 15 m². Additionally, we implemented our own method for cable management by using a system of plastic strips, which allowed for an aesthetic and secure installation of the film without any visible wiring. Thanks to SONTE film, the homeowners could easily control the level of glass transparency, ensuring privacy when needed while effectively reducing heat buildup inside.
